ROSE HALL

Rose Hall, Sandy Oaks Ranch's newest addition, is a 6,000 square feet, climate controlled event hall with 10 foot wrap around porches, tucked in the most natural setting of Live and Spanish Oaks. This magnificent facility will serve as the perfect location for your once-in-a-lifetime event!

Just outside Rose Hall is Courtland Yards our outdoor wedding site which is a 50’x 50’ stained concrete seating area w/ 20’ x15’ covered Pergola.

 

Wedding site includes:

 

● Rehearsal site night before or prior to wedding

● Outdoor or indoor ceremony site (150-200 White Chairs provided for outdoor weddings)

Destination Package includes:

  • 2 Night stay in The Oak Cabins 1-4 (4 cabins sleeps up to 16 guest)

  • Use of The Live Oak Pavilion & Lodge for your overnight guest !

  • Use of The Live Oak Pavilion & Lodge for your "Rehearsal Dinner" Rehearsal dinner time: 6 pm - 10 pm

  • Rose Hall (1 day) ~ Reception times: 12:00 noon - 12:00 am

  • Wedding package included

  • Weekend destination package includes all amenities of Rose Hall day of event, Live Oak Pavilion, Lodge and Cabins during designated times of rental agreement.

The Live Oak Lodge has 1200 square feet of inside climate control space. The indoor facilities include: living and dining areas, bar, TV, 200 square foot catering kitchen. The outdoor pavilion area with a fireplace, bar, Big Screen television sets under (50 x 50) 2,500 square foot covered pavilion.

Sandy Oaks Ranch a 525 acre historic South Texas ranch nestled in the beautiful, large live oaks of Medina County. Named to depict its beautiful terrain, we are situated in the Sarita-Wilco sands with an abundance of live oak trees and picturesque scenery. Breath-taking sunsets and expansive views await your special day!

The Bluebonnet Shooting  Pavilion

THE BLUEBONNET PAVILION

Our Bluebonnet Pavilion is an additional event space with both a covered outdoor pavilion and indoor climate controlled facility. 

7700 square foot covered pavilion space with mens and women's restrooms. This pavilion is used for recreational activities. All events are customized at this facilities. 

THE CABINS

We have four Texas style cabins available to accommodate you and your overnight guest for your weekend destination or overnight stay. Each cabin has a private bathroom and all are adjacent to the Live Oak Pavilion. 

The Cabins

Our Texas style cabins we can accommodate 12 to 16 overnight guests. There are four cabins, each with a private bathroom and all are adjacent to The Lodge:

Cabin 1 (The Live Oak Room) features four twin beds.

Cabin 2 (The Spanish Oak Room) features two queen size beds. 

Cabin 3 (The Post Oak Room) features four twin beds. 

Cabin 4 (The Red Oak Room) features two queen size beds. 

 

Having your special event at Sandy Oaks Ranch gives you and your guests’ exclusive use of our facilities. Whether it’s an engagement celebration, bridal party retreat, birthday, intimate or a themed wedding, we can help you custom design your event. From gourmet to barbeque, simple elegance to country charm, 
traditional to themed weddings, we are the perfect “private” venue!
