Being a huge advocate of the outdoors I have been out to the Sandy Oaks Ranch many times for different reasons . Each time I was welcomed by Foard and Debbie as if we were family. I have taken my 2 boys , brother, family and friends out to the ranch so that Foard could teach and hone their Skeet shooting skills , Fly fishing technics and an afternoon of Dove hunting. Every time that I am around Foard and Debbie, I am overwhelmed by their hospitality and professonialism. They both take great pride in their ranch, facilities and what they have to offer and it shows . The Sandy Oaks Ranch in my opinion is a perfect place for Dad's and moms to getaway with their sons or daughters for a great outdoor experience. You will always come away with a great experience.

I hope I can do Sandy Oaks Ranch and Debbie & Foard justice with my words. For three years now they have hosted the Cub Scouts Day Camp. They open up the Ranch to a group of 70 to 100 young scouts between the ages of 6 to 10. The boys get an experience of hiking outdoors, fishing in the tank (with the majority of them catching fish) and learning proper safety & shooting skills on the BBs Range & Archer Range. Not only do they donate the use of the Ranch they always go the extra mile: they make copies when we are in a bind, they help with the sound system, they even provide toilet paper :0 ) Our numbers continue to increase each year and I credit a lot of that to the great location and hospitality of Debbie & Foard. Sandy Oaks is such a magical place. Deb & Foard have transformed this beautiful venue into a stunning natural jewel. once you are there, you do not want to leave: the outside world is left behind and your spirit is released. i highly recommend it for all of your very special events.

Jan 1 2011 we all got back from a 12 month deployment in Afghanistan and a friend of mine, buddy, invited a few of us to go to Texas! I had an idea of what it would be like from all of the stories buddy told us about home sweet home and the great state. i thought he had blown everything out of proportion and over exaggerated about how wonderful this place is. i was definitely blown away by how massive and gorgeous this ranch was. not to mention i have never met such wonderful nice people before, ever! they were very generous, even got to go out and shoot deer! they taught me how to clean the entire doe. Sandy oaks is definitely an experience i will never forget. Hope to come back some day!!

Hey! Definately had a blast here! Im a soldier comming back from afghanistan, i was invited to stay here and was totaly blown away by the experience! The rooms were outstanding and its truly peaceful here. This is definately the most beautiful and relaxing place ive ever been too, definately the most generous people ive ever met!

We had close to 200 friends and family join us out on Sandy Oaks Ranch for an all-day wedding reception! Deb & Foard helped us set up a soccer pitch, gave us use of the pool and the rooms, and were so great to work with, start to finish! The Ranch is lovely, and we all felt at home there. Our family and friends couldn't say enough about the facilities, the tranquility, and the uniqueness of the location. We are SO SO SO glad we met them and used the Sandy Oaks Ranch for our event. We highly recommend it!

I brought my whole family as well as some friends from Atlanta. We celebrated my son's 13th birthday. Foard did a great job providing "refresher" safety and shooting lessons for the group, the hunting was a blast, and the hospitality wonderful. The facilities are great for groups small or large, and the setting is magnificent.

We had our wedding here on April 2, 2011. We had such a wonderful experience. With all of the stresses that come with planning and preparing a wedding, Debbie and Ford helped to accomodate us as much as possible. The facilities were clean, updated and comfortable. We were so impressed with the professionalism of Debbie and Ford that we have referred several of our friends and family to have their functions out there. They are also building a new facility that will be closed in and more accomodating for certain parties/weddings.
